This is my first anime in the Neon Genesis Evangelion series. It is really good and hope to watch the anime sometime soon!
Story
This movie was the first recap movie from the series. I never saw the anime so this movie helped a lot. Shinji has to kill angels in a giant robot to save the world.
Characters
Shinji is a highschooler that looks up to his dad, but the only way to get his dad to like him is to pilot a fighting robot. He meets a girl named Ray who is also a piolet as well. They piolet these fighting robots to kill angles. I really liked Shinji’s character and how he reacts to the weird situations that the show puts him in.
Sound/Animation
The music and animation were both really good.
Verdict
I really liked this movie and will give it a 10 out of 10!
