My Review of My Hero Academia Season 2

Deku and his class are back at it again with Season 2 of My Hero Academia! This time the students have to get stronger to save the world from villains.

Season 2 takes place in Deku’s first year at the school. The characters participate in a tournament, got to one on one training and even had to fight their teachers to pass. More villans appeared as well.

The characters are the same as before. Toderoki gets more of a spot lite this season though as well see his backstory. He even uses his firepower now after his win against Deku. It was cool seeing the person that taught All Might as well. I didn’t care much for the villain of this season though.

The animation was a little better than the first season but not that much different otherwise. I liked the openings this season but the endings were just ok.

I liked season 2 better than season 1 though, some of the reason is that my favorite character, Todoroki, is more of the main character this season. I liked this season though and am going to rate it an 8 out of 10.
