Sakura is in middle school now and at first, things seemed normal for once, but then her cards turned blank and it’s up to Sakura to save the day again. This show is the continuation of the first Cardcaptor Sakura anime and does not make sense to watch this show without watching the original first.
Sakura’s cards have been turned blank and it’s up to her to collect them all again and save the world. Another transfer student comes in with her butler and if you have seen the original show, you would know that transfer students are always trouble.
The main characters from the first season are there again. Sakura and Shiron have a deeper relationship as well. Three new characters are added as well and are apart of the main plot. It is cool to see the characters grown up, even though at first I liked them as little kids better.
I really liked the openings and endings of this show. The animation was really good as well.
I really liked this show and would give it a 10, but the ending was the worst for leaving the audience on a cliffhanger. there is not even another season in the making yet. That is why I will give this show a 9.5 instead.
